Preparing to send your eScooter in for repairs please follow the following procedure:

  1. Print the confirmation email sent and attach it to your eScooter

  2. If your eScooter has an alarm system, please send the keys.

  3. If possible, pack the eScooter securely in the packaging in which your eScooter was delivered. It may be necessary to ship your eScooter back to you (if you choose our delivery service).

  4. Call eScooter Support on +32 (0)3 253.61.09 to schedule pick-up as outlined above.
