Preparing to send your eScooter in for repairs please follow the following procedure:
- Print the confirmation email sent and attach it to your eScooter
- If your eScooter has an alarm system, please send the keys.
- If possible, pack the eScooter securely in the packaging in which your eScooter was delivered. It may be necessary to ship your eScooter back to you (if you choose our delivery service).
- Call eScooter Support on +32 (0)3 253.61.09 to schedule pick-up as outlined above.
